UK Player Registration Forms

Hi everyone
We have OK'd the USA based player consent form and I now need them back in if you haven't already given me it. I will be at the club from 6.30pm on Wednesday so please bring it then. I will also be chasing up missing signatures from the back of some of the forms AND I will be giving you all some additions for your suitcases. See you all Wednesday
